EAST JAVA ITINERARY OVERVIEW

Here is an overviews of what we’ll doing as we depart from Bali and make our way to East Java to start our adventure!

• Day 1 : Drive to Banyuwangi
• Day 2 : Mt Ijen & Tumpak Sewu Waterfall
• Day 3 : Explore Bromo

DAY 1 : Travel To Banyuwangi

NOTE : Pick up point and time  can be changing depanding on people staying if only few people we’ll pick you up at your place.

• 06.30-08.30 :Pick everyone up from their hotel or meeting point.
• 08.30-11.00 :Drive to gilimanuk harbour.
• 11.00-12.00 :Cross to ketapang harbour.
• 12.00-13.00 :Lunch time at local warung
• 13.00-14.00 :Drive to the clinic for ijen health certificate.
• 14.00-15.00 :Drive to your accomodation (homestay/hotel).
• 18.00-19.00 :Dinner time.
• FREE TIME

Day 2 : Ijen & Tumpak Sewu Waterfall

IMPORTANT Notes:

Mt. Ijen – It will be VERY Cold this early in the morning!

       But once we start trekking you will be shedding layers with this intense hike and getting very warm after sunrise.

Midnight – 00:30 am – Wake Up Time! Please bring all your stuff because we’re not going back to the homestay after ijen.

• 01.00-01.30 :Drive from hotel/homestay to Mt Ijen area
• 01.30-02.00 :Coffee time and meet your local guide.
• 02.00-03.00 :Trekking time!
• 03.00-04.00 :Trekking down to the blue fire.
• 04.00-05.00 :Trekking up to enjoy the sunrise.
• 06.00-07.00 :Trekking down to the starting point.
• 07.00-08.00 :Breakfast time at Ijen cafe.
• 08.00-08.30 :Drive to Tumpak sewu waterfall.
• 13.00-14.00 :Arrived at Tumpak sewu waterfall (Preparation for trekking).
• 14.00-16.00 :Explore Tumpak sewu waterfall.
• 16.30-17.00 :Drive to Anggun Bromo homestay.
• 20.00-21.00 :Arrived at Anggun homestay Bromo (Dinner will be at the homestay).
• FREE TIME

DAY 3 : Explore Bromo

IMPORTHAN NOTICE :

Day 3 we start with wake up cal at MIDNIGHT . Please make sure you’re rested in advance, if needed. After you’re picked up, there may not be time for a full night’s sleep before we do Bromo jeep tour at least 09.00 am. and you will go to the waterfall afterward

Every weekend more than 1,000 Jeeps drive this tour.  Some viewing times may be limited to avoid traffic.

• 02.00-02.30 :Wake up time and preparation for the tour.
• 02.30-03.30 :Drive to view point/Bromo creater for sunrise.
• 03.30-04.00 :Coffee break.
• 04.00-06.00 :Start walk to sunrise point and enjoy the sunrise.
• 06.00-07.00 :Drive to Mt. Bromo/View Point.
• 07.00-08.30 :Trekking to Mt. Bromo and enjoy the crater and view.
• 08.30-09.00 :Drive back to the homestay.
• 09.00-10.00 :Shower, breakfast and preparation to check out.
• 10.00-16.00 :Drive to ketapang harbour (Lunch stop on the way)
• 17.00-23.00 :Crossing to Bali & drive to your hotel at central area.
