EAST JAVA ITINERARY OVERVIEW
Here is an overviews of what we’ll doing as we start our trip from malang and finish our trip in Banyuwangi or Bali.
- Day 1 : Tumpak Sewu waterfall & Travel to Probolinggo
- Day 2 :Sunrise at Mt Bromo (active volcano)
- Day 3: Mt Ijen & Drive to Bali
Day 1 : Explore Tumpak Sewu Waterfall
- 06.30-07.30 :Pick everyone up from their hotel/hostel (Breakfast is provided)
- 07.30-10.00 :Depart to Tumpak sewu waterfall, this drive will take around 3 hours.
- 10.00-13.00 :Arrived at Tumpak sewu waterfall & explore the waterfall.
- 13.00-14.00 :Lunch time at local warung.
- 14.00-19.00 :Drive to your accomodation (Homestay/hotel).
- 19.00-20.00 :Arrived at the your accommodation & Dinner time.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
When heavy rain, Tumpak Sewu is not possible to go down. If this case happens, you’ll visit another waterfall close to it. It’s called Kapas Biru Waterfall or Madakaripura Waterfall close to Bromo the next day. Trekking time takes 30 minutes to go down. Exploring the area and going up in total takes 2 hours. Please prepare your trekking sandals or shoes. If you don’t have any of them, you can rent one at the area for 25k. Please bring your own waterproof bag if you bring any electronic devices with you because during the trek we pass many watery places.
FUN FACT OF TUMPAK SEWU WATERFALL
Tumpak sewu mean 1000 waterfall in Javanese langguange. for this waterfall they have 2 name with different entrance area and view point. its call tumpak sewu and coban sewu. the one we stop is tumpak sewu because they have better view point and easer to trekking down to the waterfall its self. in this area aswell they have other place we can visit call GOA TETES (Drip Cave) all the way to this area we’ll getting wet because we have to go thought the waterfall.
Day 2 : Explore Bromo
- 02.30-03.00 :Wake up time and preparation for the tour.
- 03.00-04.00 :Drive to view point/Bromo creater for sunrise.
- 04.00-04.30 :Coffee break.
- 04.30-06.00 :Start walk to sunrise point and enjoy the sunrise.
- 06.00-07.00 :Drive to Mt. Bromo/View Point.
- 07.00-08.30 :Trekking to Mt. Bromo and enjoy the crater and view.
- 08.30-09.00 :Drive back to the homestay.
- 09.00-10.00 :Shower, breakfast and preparation to check out.
- 10.00-18.00 :Drive to the next accommodation. (Lunch stop on the way)
- 19.00-20.00 :Arrived at your accommodation & dinner.
FREE TIME
Please rest when you arrived at the homestay because we going to start he trip early morning for Mt ijen. Thank you
IMPORTANT NOTICE :
- Bromo more busy every weekend and during national holiday. Because Bromo is one of the famous place for local destination.
- Every weekend more than 1,000 Jeeps do this tour.
- We might leave from your accomodation depending how busy bromo on that time.
- Tempreture : 4-16 Degrees on summer time. 12- 18 degrees on rainy season
- Please prepare your jacket and rain coat before the tour. if you dont have jacket, you can rent one at the area cost 20-25k
- Trekking times takes 30-45 minutes up to the creter.
EXPLORE BROMO
Mt. Bromo is an active volcano that part of Tengger mountain located in Bromo Tengger National Park, East java, Indonesia. This mountain has 2,329 m hight. Mt. Bromo is one of most visited tourist destination in the area because of the beauty he offer and easy trekking to get up to the top. The name of Bromo comes from Javanese pronunciation of Brahma the Hindu God of creation. In the area you will find Hindu temple, where Tengger people do the ceremony and Bromo close every big Hindu days.
Day 3 : Explore Ijen
- 00:30“WAKE UP TIME! Please bring all your stuff because we’re not going back to the homestay after ijen”
- 01.00-01.30 :Drive from accommodation to Mt Ijen area.
- 01.30-02.00 :Coffee time and meet your local guide.
- 02.00-03.00 :Trekking time!
- 03.00-04.00 :Trekking down to the blue fire.
- 04.00-05.00 :Trekking up to enjoy the sunrise.
- 06.00-07.00 :Trekking down to the starting point.
- 08.00-08.30 :Drive back to your accommodation.
- 08.30-09.00 :Arrived at your accommodation.
- 09.00-10.00 :Shower, breakfast and preperation for check out.
- 10.00-10.30 :Drive to the Ketapang harbour.
- 11.00-11.30 :Arrived at the harbour (here you will cross the island with a ferry and you will meet your driver at the harbour in Bali)
- 13.00-14.00 :Arrived at the harbour in Bali and start drive to your accommodation.
- 18.00-20.00 :Start drop everyone up at their accommodation
Drop off in Bali : Lovina, Ubud, Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta

- Steep : 20-42 degrees
- Weather in Mt ijen : Summer 5-15 degrees. Rainy season : 15-19 degrees
- Sunrise at Mt Ijen only visible from July to September
- Blue flame visible until 05.00 AM
- Blue like/ijen creater invisible when the fog is coming fully and covered because of activate of volcanos
- Mt. Ijen close every 1st Friday every month
- PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP WHEN YOU TAKE A PHOTO CLOSE TO THE CRATER OR EGDE OF THE CRATER
Mt IJEN / BLUE FIRE
Mt. Ijen is a volcano located on the border of Banyuwangi and Bondowoso Regency, East Java, Indonesia. This mountain has a height of 2,386 meters above sea level. Mt. Ijen last erupted in 1999. One of the most famous natural phenomena from Mt. Ijen is the blue fire. In the world only 2 places you can enjoy the blue fire they are at Mt Dallol Etopinia and Mt Ijen. This phenomena only can be enjoy during night time.

TERM & CONDITION
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by TWD. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by TWD 2.2 A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 2.3 The balance must be paid no later than 1 day before the departure date. 2.4 Payments can be made by cash, Revolut, Wise transfer and bank transfer
3. Prices & Surcharges
3.1 All prices are quoted in (Rupiah) and are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. 3.2 Any additional costs incurred during the trip (extra services, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the client. 3.3 Share tour : Final price is regarding on how many people join a tour on that date.
4. Accomodation, Transport & Meals
4.3 Accommodation during the jurney is included in the package. However the type and fasilities of accomodationmay very depending on avaibility 4.2 Private tour with hotel, TWD have right to put you on one of the hotel choice if the one you choose is fully booked 4.3 Private tour with hotel, Breakfast and lunch is included but not dinner. 4.4 Share tour, 7 meals is included. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the homestay and lunch at local warung. (Chicken, noodles, rice, vegetables and fruits). 4.5 Any allergies of food please inform our staff during the tour, so we can prepare your meals regarding your need. 4.6 Transportation during the journey will be provided, but schedules and vehicle types may very depanding on local conditions and situations 4.7 Start from 2-4 people will use a car with english speaking driver and local guide every destination. From 5-6 people will go with Hiace with english speaking driver and local guide every destination. From 7 to more people will go with Hiace and tour guide for the whole tour.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Cancellations by the client must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: 1. Less than 3 days before departure: 30% of the total cost. 2.On depature days : 50% of the total cost. 5.2 If (TWD) cancels the trip for any reason, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement will be offered. 5.3.Refunds will be processed within 3 days of cancellation notice.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1 Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. 6.2 TWD is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the lack of insurance coverage.
7. Passports & visas
7.1 It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have a valid passport and any required visas for the trip. 7.2 TWD is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or missing travel documentation. 7.3 Ijen health certificate require your valid passport.
8. Health & Safety
8.1 Clients must inform TWD of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. 8.2 Clients are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip and must adhere to local laws and regulations.
9. Complaints
9.1 Any complaints must be reported to (TWD) as soon as possible to allow the apportunity to resolve the issue 9.2 if the issue is not resolved to the client’s satisfaction, a formal complaint must be summitted in writting within (3 days) of the end of the trip.
10. Amendments
10.1 (TWD) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any charges will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the posting date.
