Pickup Info
Pickup available from Malang city area between 06:00–07:00 WIB and From Surabaya arround 05.00 WIB.
Guests are required to wait at the hotel lobby or designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure time. Drop-off service is available in Malang or Surabaya area after the trip.
Note : Pickup Surabaya there is additional cost

Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- Remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before departure.
- Failure to complete payment before departure may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
- All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Guest cancellation, no-show, unused services, or late arrival are not eligible for refund or
compensation.
- In case of force majeure (bad weather, landslide, volcanic activity, road closure, government regulation, pandemic, technical issues, etc.), no cash refund will be provided.
- Guests may reschedule the trip within 12 months (subject to availability).
- Guests may transfer the booking to another guest.
- Guests may convert the booking into another available tour product/service.
- If the new selected product/date has a higher price, guests must pay the difference.
- If the replacement product has a lower value, the remaining balance is non-refundable. Itinerary & Operational ## Conditions
- The itinerary may change depending on weather, traffic conditions, local authority regulations, or safety considerations.
- Access to certain destinations may be restricted due to weather or natural conditions.
- The operator reserves the right to replace transportation or accommodation with another service of similar standard if necessary.
- Once the trip has started, itinerary adjustments due to operational or safety reasons do not qualify for refund or compensation.
Guest Responsibility
- Guests participate at their own risk.
- Guests are responsible for personal belongings during the trip.
- Illegal drugs, reckless behavior, excessive intoxication, or dangerous conduct may result in immediate
trip termination without refund.
- Guests must follow all instructions from driver, guide, and tour staff at all times.
Force Majeure
- Force majeure includes but is not limited to: bad weather, landslide, volcanic activity, natural disasters,
pandemic, political instability, technical failure, road closure, or government restrictions.
- No refund will be issued under force majeure situations.
- Rescheduling or product conversion will be offered based on availability.
Complaints & Feedback
- Guests must report any issue directly during the trip so the team can assist immediately.
- Formal complaints must be submitted no later than 2 days after trip completion.
- Complaints submitted beyond this period may not be considered.
