2D1N – BROMO & IJEN BLUE FLAME TOUR – START MALANG / SURABAYA

1. Introduction

• 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by TWD. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

• 2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by TWD.
• 2.2 A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• 2.3 The balance must be paid no later than 1 day before the departure date.
• 2.4 Payments can be made by cash, Revolut, Wise transfer and bank transfer.

3. Prices & Surcharges

• 3.1 All prices are quoted in (Rupiah) and are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
• 3.2 Any additional costs incurred during the trip (extra services, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the client.
• 3.3 Share tour: Final price is regarding on how many people join a tour on that date.

4. Accomodation, Transport & Meals

• 4.1 Accommodation during the journey is included in the package. However the type and facilities of accommodation may vary depending on availability.
• 4.2 Private tour with hotel, TWD have right to put you on one of the hotel choice if the one you choose is fully booked.
• 4.3 Private tour with hotel, Breakfast and lunch is included but not dinner.
• 4.4 Share tour, 7 meals is included. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the homestay and lunch at local warung. (Chicken, noodles, rice, vegetables and fruits).
• 4.5 Any allergies of food please inform our staff during the tour, so we can prepare your meals regarding your need.
• 4.6 Transportation during the journey will be provided, but schedules and vehicle types may vary depending on local conditions and situations.
• 4.7 Start from 2-4 people will use a car with english speaking driver and local guide every destination. From 5-6 people will go with Hiace with english speaking driver and local guide every destination. From 7 to more people will go with Hiace and tour guide for the whole tour.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• 5.1 Cancellations by the client must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: Less than 3 days before departure: 30% of the total cost. On departure day: 50% of the total cost.
• 5.2 If (TWD) cancels the trip for any reason, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
• 5.3 Refunds will be processed within 3 days of cancellation notice.

6. Travel Insurance

• 6.1 Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
• 6.2 TWD is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the lack of insurance coverage.

7. Passports & Visas

• 7.1 It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have a valid passport and any required visas for the trip.
• 7.2 TWD is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or missing travel documentation.
• 7.3 Ijen health certificate requires your valid passport.

8. Health & Safety

• 8.1 Clients must inform TWD of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
• 8.2 Clients are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip and must adhere to local laws and regulations.

9. Complaints

• 9.1 Any complaints must be reported to (TWD) as soon as possible to allow the opportunity to resolve the issue.
• 9.2 If the issue is not resolved to the client's satisfaction, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the end of the trip.

10. Amendments

• 10.1 (TWD) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the posting date.
